- You must include a copy of the original invoice showing the purchase date and authorized dealers name.
- Any Winder Purchased From An Auction Site Such As Ebay Is Not Being Sold By An Authorized Eilux Dealer.
- Email Us to verify your purchase is from an authorized dealer.
- Send the winder unit only. DO NOT include ac adapters, batteries, dust covers, or watches.
- Include a brief description of the trouble you are experiencing with your winder and be sure to include your
return shipping information.
- The order number will be your RMA #, please include it on the outside shipping box. An example of the
order number is yhst-83733195419238 - 811. The numbers after the dash are the RMA #
- We recommend that your winder is bubble wrapped and shipped to us insured and trackable.
- During the checkout process, please disregard the shipping options menu. It is not applicable on services.
