  • Send the winder unit only. DO NOT include ac adapters, batteries, dust covers, or watches.
  • Include a brief description of the trouble you are experiencing with your winder.
  • The order number will be your RMA #, please include it on the outside shipping box.  An example of the order
    number is yhst-83733195419238 - 1811. The numbers after the dash are the RMA #
  • We recommend that your winder is bubble wrapped and shipped to us insured and trackable.
  • During the checkout process, please disregard the shipping options menu. It is not applicable on services.
  • Repairs are backed by a 90 day same issue warranty.
